Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using or engaging Codi Designs Solutions services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Codi Designs Solutions provides the following digital services:

• Website design and development
• E-commerce store development
• SEO and social media marketing
• Logo design and brand identity
• Website maintenance and support
• UI/UX design

3. Payment & Billing

• A 50% upfront deposit is required before work commences
• The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery and client approval
• Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments made after work has commenced are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy
• Late payments may result in service suspension or delivery delays

4. Delivery & Revisions

• Delivery timelines are specified in the project quote
• Most projects include 2-3 rounds of free revisions
• Additional revisions outside the agreed scope are subject to extra charges
• Client delays in providing materials or approvals may result in delivery timeline adjustments

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of all delivered designs and code transfers fully to the client. Codi Designs retains the right to display the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Codi Designs Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. If the client terminates after work has commenced, fees are due for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Abu Dhabi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
